This year, BLTM is all set to bring together the best of Business, Leisure, and MICE, all under one roof! In its 8th edition, the event will host over 300 top buyers from India, Asia, the Americas, Europe, and other prominent travel markets, making it three times larger than all previous editions.

To execute an event of this magnitude, we have developed an exciting Volunteer Programme, which gives volunteers invaluable insights into everything that goes behind the making of it.

As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated team that works tirelessly to create an exceptional experience for all attendees. This programme is tailored for passionate and enthusiastic individuals - students and working professionals alike - who are eager to learn and contribute to the success of the event while building a strong foundation in various aspects of event operations and hospitality management.

Volunteers will be assigned to various roles based on their skills and interests, including:

• Registration
• Venue Management
• Hospitality and Lounge Management
• Hosted Buyer Assistance
• Information Desk Management
• Event Logistics and Support

The assignment of departments will be at the sole discretion of the Volunteer Manager. The responsibilities can change according to the requirement of the event.

• Event Dates: 11th, 12th & 13th September 2025
• Work Hours: 7 AM - 6 PM (tentative & subject to change)
• Commitment Dates: Few volunteers in certain departments will be required to start working from 10th September onwards. For everyone else, the above event dates will apply.
• Event Venue: India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), New Delhi
• Virtual Training: To ensure you're fully prepared, we'll host 1 to 2 virtual training sessions before the event, equipping you with all the essential knowledge for your role.
• On-ground Training: Get ready for a comprehensive orientation on the afternoon of September 9th, where you’ll familiarize yourself with the event layout, schedules, and your responsibilities. Note: All training sessions are mandatory for every volunteer to ensure everyone is well-prepared.
• Reward & Recognition: All volunteers, who have been present throughout the training sessions and the event, upon completion of BLTM, will receive a certificate of Appreciation and a Stipend, acknowledging their contribution and efforts.

1. Application Form: Complete the online application form available on our website. Volunteer Registrations will close at 6 PM on August 24th, 2025. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who can bring their unique skills and experiences to the event.
2. Interview: Selected applicants will be invited for a brief virtual interview to discuss their interest in volunteering and assessing their candidacy. The interviews will be conducted between August 25- August 28th, 2025.
3. Confirmation: Those selected as volunteers will receive confirmation details via email.
